Alchemy Cafe was born out of a simple idea: coffee is worth obsessing over. We're two co-owners who love coffee and happen to be science nerds about it. What used to be Jannay Cafe became Alchemy Cafe because the name finally matched what we were already doing: treating every drink like an experiment worth getting right.
At Alchemy, we transform ordinary substances into extraordinary elements. That's our formula. We test recipes, adjust variables, and sometimes scrap the whole batch until it's exactly right.
We also offer chai, matcha, and refreshers so that there's something for everyone, coffee lover or not!
